Shipping & Policies

•Orders ship out within 7 days of being placed.
I live in the middle of nowhere & my trips to town are currently limited. Sorry, no exceptions at this time.

*Custom orders will be shipped in a timely manner upon completion, with updates given as needed.

•At this time, I ship USPS with tracking, in the US only.

•I will gladly combine shipping for multiple items. Current shipping prices listed are guesstimates & will be adjusted accordingly (& any overage charged will be refunded).


•Returns:
I will gladly accept returns in exchange for shop credit or another item of equal value from my shop.
Contact me within 14 days of recieving your order. Please provide info as to why an return/exchange is needed along with accompanying pics if item is damaged in delivery.
Mail your return back within 30 days of recieving it.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

•I do not accept returns/exchanges on custom orders. When placing a custom order please provide contact information where we can plan your custom piece together & I can send you pics to make sure we get it just right.
